St. John Neumann School
The St. John Neumann School offers Pre-School (3 yrs.), Pre-K (4 yrs.),
and Kindergarten (5 yrs.). It is committed to offering a solid early childhood
educational foundation for your child.
School Philosophy & Mission Statement
St. John Neumann became a saint for living his daily life with a constant
devotion to God and his duty. He lived each day in a faith that did not
waiver in the face of insurmountable obstacles, and he initiated catechism
in this country in an effort to pass this faith on to the children of the
church. This spirit of Christian service, love, and values is perpetuated
in the philosophy of SJN School. Our school recognizes the dignity of each
child and seeks to provide an atmosphere which will encourage social, cognitive,
and spiritual growth and development. We are committed to serving families
of diverse religious, economic, and ethnic backgrounds, and subsequently
pledge to combine personal guidance and intellectual challenges to enable
each student to realize their potential and develop their talents.
Our faculty members are dedicated to serving young children with developmentally
appropriate curriculum, creating and accommodating an atmosphere in which
individual curiosity, personal expression, and cultural distinctions are
valued. The mission of SJN School is fixed in its commitment to nourish
each child’s academic potential, and to establish in each child a
foundation of religious faith in the Catholic tradition.
